Come along to our workshop on the 19th October with YTI’s Elma Toland and learn the relevant anatomy and applied yoga for Osteoporosis – and keep your bones strong.
Yoga teachers and yoga therapists – we all know how beneficial yoga is for building bone strength. Osteoporosis or brittle bones is a very common condition in many women particularly when they go through the menopausal years – and particular care is needed with Yoga asana.
This workshop is suitable for all yoga teachers who wish to learn about osteoporosis; what it is and how it affects those who have it. Teachers will learn how to adapt and include suitable asana and flow sequences in their general classes for those who have the condition.
This workshop is now booked out.
